Limited Warranty
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The Warranty Registration card (located on the lower portion of the Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle) must be completed in its entirety and submitted to our office, at the address below, within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
The responsibility of Red Oak Mfg., Inc. (the Company) under this limited warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any components(s) which, in the assessment of the Company, is proven defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty periods listed below. This limited warranty does not cover any component(s) which has been damaged as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, or which have been modified, altered, or repaired by any party other than Red Oak Mfg., Inc. or a Dealer of Red Oak Mfg., Inc. This limited warranty does not apply if the trailer has been subjected to loads in excess of the trailer's rated load capacity.
Warranty claims by the consumer should be made with an Authorized Dealer. Prior to completing the warranty work, the Authorized Dealer should complete a Warranty Claim form and submit it to Red Oak Mfg., Inc. After receipt of the Warranty Claim form, a representative from Red Oak Mfg., Inc. will contact the Dealer to discuss the problem as well as provide direction for a viable solution.
Warranty Periods
Frame, Tongue, and Cross Members: 10-year Limited Warranty from the Date of Purchase Attached Hardware: 90-day Warranty from the Date of Purchase Miscellaneous Components: 90-day Warranty from the Date of Purchase
Inclusions
Frame, Tongue, Cross Members: Defects in materials or workmanship including weld and steel quality.
Attached Hardware:
Defects in materials or workmanship on items such as couplers, safety chains, jacks, fenders and fender bracing, ramp gates and hardware, ramps and carriers, axles, seals, bearings, leaf springs, brakes & stake pockets.
